I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and looked like new, offering excellent value. The service was friendly and welcoming, but there was an issue with noise disturbance that impacted my overall experience. The location was convenient with nearby shopping centers, although the industrial surroundings were a downside. The dining was delicious and offered a variety of local food choices at a good price.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms, located in the back of the hotel, required a short walk under the hot Hermosillo weather, but they were very clean and the personnel was very comfortable and cool. The hotel's service, although friendly overall, fell short when they did not address noise disturbances early in the morning, leading to me cancelling part of my stay. The location, while industrial, had the convenience of nearby shopping centers. The dining options offered a mix of good and not so great experiences. The facilities were adequate but nothing extraordinary.
